I got some bags for our business from this company. Niall was super quick and responded to all my questions right away, even tweaking the design several times based on our input, all in just one day! The entire process was smooth and fast, and we could reach Niall via phone or email without any hassle when we needed to. The bags showed up today, and they are stunning; the designs turned out fantastic! Huge thanks!

We placed an order for some printed lanyards to keep in stock. They sat unused for about six months. When we finally opened them, they looked fine, but within a couple of weeks, they started coming back broken. The clasps wouldn’t stay shut, some had sheared off halfway, and the plastic release mechanisms were snapping.

We reached out to All Branded, and they claimed we must have stored them improperly. That wasn’t true; they were just sitting in a desk drawer. They wouldn’t replace them and only offered a new set at our expense. So, we chose to take our business elsewhere. We won’t be using this company again.

Thanks for your reply, but it’s not accurate. We ordered the lanyards on April 28, 2022, had to follow up on the order, and finally got the goods on June 17, 2022. They were never used since they were meant for stock. We weren’t given a credit note, just a replacement at cost. Why should we pay for faulty items? Folks reading your response deserve to know the real story.

Teaming up with Niall at allbranded was a breeze. I'm located on the West Coast of the US, and despite our different time zones, Niall usually got back to me pretty quickly and handled all my numerous change requests to create the items we needed for our event.

I gotta admit, I was a bit anxious about the short timeline, but the products showed up even ahead of schedule.

Man, this company just can't own up to their errors. I got sent the wrong item, and they flat out deny it. Plus, they don’t even bother replying to my emails. For just one item, I’m done with you guys, and I’ll be spreading the word on all the forums about how terrible you are. 😂 Oh, and by the way, those non-woven bags? They tear super easily, so they’re useless. This company just keeps getting worse, and their product descriptions are misleading. I’ve lost a ton of cash since they refuse to refund me, even after I sent them photos and proof. Seriously, don’t trust this company.
